Before you start
- Know what you want the agent to achieve, for example a booked call or a qualified lead.
- Have a calendar link ready if the goal books meetings.
Steps
- 1
Step 1
Open the Goals tab
Go to Agents, open the campaign and choose Goals.
- 2
Step 2
Add or pick
Click Add Goal to write your own, or Templates to open the Goal Templates dialog with a search box.
- 3
Step 3
Fill the blanks
Some templates ask for a Calendar link, a Landing page URL or a Product name.
- 4
Step 4
Use it
Open the template and click Use. A used template shows Added.
- 5
Step 5
Set priority
Priority is High, Medium or Low. A new goal starts at Medium. Click the badge to cycle it.
- 6
Step 6
Set the scope
Choose All accounts or Specific accounts, and All Segments or one segment.
What happens next
The agent works toward the goals, with higher priority goals first. The goal text is the instruction it follows.
Good to know
- Categories include Book Meetings (9), Qualify and Convert (6), Inbound and Speed to Lead (6) and Customer Success (5), plus five more, such as Recruiting and Partnerships.
- The picker may let you use a template with a blank link left in. Fill it so the agent has a real link.
- See five categories in full with notes: book meetings goals and inbound goals.
- Goals and rules differ. A goal says what to achieve and a rule says who to engage and when to stop.
