What this category is for

A goal tells the agent what a conversation is for. The Book Meetings category covers the common case where the end point is a call or a demo, from a loose goal that leaves the choice to the agent to a tight one that defines what counts as a booked demo. Pick one main goal per campaign or segment.

The 9 catalog goals, exact text

Shown as written in the product's Goals picker, category Book Meetings. Text in curly brackets is a blank the picker asks you to fill.
Personalized outreach. Priority Medium
Engage prospects through personalized outreach and book a meeting, demo call, or meaningful next step.
Genuine intro calls. Priority High
Start genuine conversations with qualified prospects and book intro calls. Relationship-first, never hard-pitch.
15 minute intro call with a link. Priority High. Blank to fill: calendar link
Book a 15-minute intro call with qualified prospects at {calendar_link}. Offer the link only after the prospect shows real interest, never in the first message.
Demo with a weekly target. Priority High
Book a 20-minute demo with qualified prospects, target 3 per week. A demo counts only when the prospect has confirmed a pain point and has authority to act.
Qualify against the ICP, then book. Priority High. Blank to fill: calendar link
Qualify leads against our ICP and book a call at {calendar_link} with the ones that fit.
Segment pain, then demo. Priority Medium. Blank to fill: product name
For this segment, lead with its single most relevant pain and proof point, then book a demo of {product} once the prospect acknowledges the problem.
Two to three touches. Priority Medium
Book meetings in two to three touches: open with relevance, qualify with one question, then propose two concrete time slots.
Follow up cadence. Priority Medium
Follow up within 24 hours of every reply and make at least four value-adding touches per lead over 14 days until a meeting is booked or the lead opts out.
Confirm every meeting. Priority Medium
Confirm every booked meeting one day in advance and offer an easy reschedule, so no-shows stay low and the calendar stays real.

When to use these goals, and when not to

Use them when

  • Your offer is sold through a call or demo.
  • You can name who qualifies.

Do not use them when

  • The real aim is a signup, a download or a landing page visit. Use an awareness goal instead.
  • You have no capacity to hold the calls.

How to add one in the app

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Open the campaign

Open the campaign's configuration drawer and choose the Goals tab.

  2. 2

Click Templates. Goals are grouped by use case, and you can search them.

  3. 3

    Step 3
