How to book meetings with Cal.com or Calendly
Connect Cal.com or Calendly under Integrations, then add your booking link to the agent's goal. When a lead is ready, the agent shares the link and the meeting lands on your calendar.

Before you start
- A Cal.com or Calendly account with an event type you want leads to book.
- Your Cal.com API key or Calendly Personal Access Token.
- A campaign with a goal that involves booking a call.
Steps
- 1
Step 1
Open Integrations
Click Integrations in the sidebar and choose Cal.com or Calendly.
- 2
Step 2
Cal.com: add your API key
Enter your Cal.com API key and account email, then save.
- 3
Step 3
Cal.com: add the webhook
In Cal.com go to Settings, Developer, Webhooks, click Add Webhook and paste the webhook URL shown in Sellinger. Select Booking Created, Rescheduled and Cancelled. A webhook secret is optional.
- 4
Step 4
Calendly: add a token
Paste your Calendly Personal Access Token and save. Sellinger tests the key and tells you if it is valid.
- 5
Step 5
Put the link in the goal
Open your campaign, go to Goals and add your booking link in the link field, for example a 15 minute Calendly page.
What happens next
When a lead is ready, the agent shares your booking link in the conversation. Bookings made through Cal.com are recorded through the webhook.
Good to know
- Meetings are tracked from the booking events, so keep the webhook active on Cal.com.
- Each goal can carry its own link, and LinkedIn accounts can have their own link too.
- Count meetings honestly: see how we count meetings.
- Pick an event type that matches the first call you want, for example a 15 minute intro.
- Test the link yourself before you launch, so you know leads land on the right event type and calendar.
- If you change your booking link, update it in the goal so new messages use the new one.
