Who should stay with Reply.io

  • You want email, LinkedIn, SMS and calls in one sequence, and a team that works those steps.
  • You want the Jason AI SDR with reply handlers per question type that send, draft or stop, in autonomous or approval mode.
  • You need two way CRM sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Copper.
  • You are an agency that wants multi workspace plans, or a custom branded whitelabel platform quoted on request.

Who should look elsewhere

From the register, not from user reviews, which this page does not collect. These describe scope, not faults.
  • You want a flat price for the whole job. Email, LinkedIn ($69) and Calls and SMS ($29) are priced separately on the lower plan, and Jason is a separate purchase (reply.io, read 19 October 2026).
  • You want WhatsApp sent by an agent. It is listed as semi automation, with tasks sent or completed manually.
  • You want to know whether LinkedIn actions run in the cloud. How accounts connect is stated, and cloud, proxy or dedicated IP use is not.
  • You want a CRM. Reply states it is not a CRM and syncs with yours.

Where Sellinger fits, and where it does not

Sellinger fits when

  • You want an agent that works across LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp and also answers on Instagram and live chat as modules.
  • You want a built in CRM, not a sync to yours, plus a two way HubSpot sync.
  • You are an agency that wants a portal on your own domain with a one time setup fee, then the standard agent prices.
  • You want a card free start. 30 days free on messaging modules and bundles, no card. Usage modules (enrichment) start with a $10 credit.

Sellinger is the wrong choice when

  • You need phone calls from your own reps and SMS in one sequence at a per account price. Reply.io lists Calls and SMS at $29 per account.
  • You need a database of 1+ billion contacts. Sellinger lists 700M+.
  • You need Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho connected today. Sellinger lists them as coming soon.

Switching notes

  • Export sequences, contacts and stages. Reply.io syncs to your CRM every 2 to 3 hours, so confirm the CRM holds the latest state first.
  • Annual billing is needed for the lowest prices, so check your term before moving.
  • Move one sequence first and keep the rest running until reply rates are comparable.
  • In Sellinger, start in approval mode, which is similar to Jason's approval mode, and loosen it once you trust the output.
