Outreach alternatives and pricing model
Outreach's pricing page, read 24 October 2026, shows four plans, Amplify Essentials, Core, Plus and Pro, each with a pool of AI credits, and no price: every plan says request pricing. It describes per user pricing with no platform fee. Outreach is a sales execution platform for larger teams, so the alternatives below are grouped by what you need instead.

Who should stay with Outreach
- You run a large sales team that needs sequences, a dialer, conversation intelligence and forecasting in one place.
- Your team works mostly by email and phone, with managers who coach from call recordings.
- You need territory management and forecast rollups, which the Pro plan lists.
- You already run on Outreach and your process, reports and integrations are built around it.
Who should look elsewhere
- You want a published price. Every Outreach plan on the pricing page says request pricing.
- You want LinkedIn as a working channel. The pricing page we read does not mention LinkedIn.
- You want an agent that answers replies and books meetings on its own. The agents listed research, personalise and assist sellers inside the platform.
- You are a small team that needs outbound now, not a platform rollout.

Where Sellinger fits, and where it does not
Sellinger fits when
- You want an agent that researches each person, writes every message, answers the replies and books the meeting, on LinkedIn, email or WhatsApp.
- You want LinkedIn priced per agent: LinkedIn $198 per agent per month for 1 to 2 agents, $168 at 10 or more agents, with a 30 day free trial on messaging modules and no card.
- You want approval when you need it: a campaign can run in approval mode, where every message waits for a person to approve it, or send automatically. A person can take over any conversation, and the agent stops on its own when it cannot answer, for example a price it has no answer for.
- You want a built in CRM and a database of 700M+ contacts, with intent signals included in every bundle.
Sellinger is the wrong choice when
- You need a dialer, call recording and coaching for a large phone based team. Sellinger does not offer calling.
- You need forecasting and territory management. Sellinger is not a forecasting tool.
- You need Salesforce connected today. Sellinger lists Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho as coming soon, with a two way HubSpot sync today.
- You want a platform your sales operations team configures for hundreds of sellers.
Switching notes
- Export sequences, templates and activity history before your Outreach contract ends; check the notice period in your contract.
- List the integrations your process depends on, especially the CRM, and check each one before you move.
- Run a small pilot on one segment first, side by side, rather than switching the whole team at once.
- A Sellinger campaign can start in approval mode, so every message is read before it goes out.
