Who should choose which
Choose Reply.io if
- you want to start with plain sequences and add AI later: Email Volume starts at $59 per user a month, and Jason is a separate step up.
- you need a very large contact database inside the tool: Reply Data lists 1+ billion contacts.
- you want calls and SMS next to email and LinkedIn: Multichannel includes LinkedIn automation, calls and SMS at $99 per user a month.
- you want an AI SDR that writes in 50+ languages and lets you set Auto, Draft or Stop and notify for each question type.
Choose Sellinger if
- you want one agent on LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp from the first message, without a separate AI product on top of sequences.
- you want a built in CRM. Reply.io states it is not a CRM and leaves deals to yours.
- you want WhatsApp sent by the agent. Reply.io lists WhatsApp as semi automated, with tasks sent or completed manually.
- you want LinkedIn intent signals included with every bundle. Reply.io places its signals inside Jason and Reply Data.
What it costs, rung by rung
Reply.io sells a ladder. Email Volume plans are sequences for a person to run, Multichannel adds LinkedIn, calls and SMS, and Jason is a separate product that answers replies. A $59 email plan and an $800 AI SDR plan do different jobs, so the table pairs like jobs.
Prices are monthly list prices in US dollars, checked 19 October 2026. Reply.io's lowest prices need annual billing, which is left out. Volume is not like for like: Jason Starter covers 1,000 active contacts a month, and each Sellinger tier has its own limits.
| What you want done | Reply.io | Sellinger |
|---|---|---|
| Email sequences that a person runs | $59 per user (Email Volume) | $39 (Email Starter, agent included) |
| Email and LinkedIn sequences that a person runs | $99 per user (Multichannel, also calls and SMS) | $249 (Outbound bundle: LinkedIn plus email, agent included) |
| An AI that answers replies and books | $800 (Jason Starter, LinkedIn accounts included) | $249 (Outbound bundle) |
Who does the work at each rung
On Reply.io plans without Jason, AI sorts replies into interested, not interested, do not contact, not now or forwarded, and handles out of office notes. People answer. Jason adds reply handlers per question type, revives silent leads and books meetings, and it does not answer threads marked Do not contact.
On Sellinger the agent does this from the first message: it researches the prospect, writes to them, handles the answers and puts the meeting on your calendar. You choose whether each message waits for approval, and a person can take over any conversation.
Data, signals and languages
