Best prospecting and lead finder tools in 2026, grouped by what they find

Lead finders differ in what they find (emails, phones, people on LinkedIn, accounts with signals) and in what the price counts (seats, credits, exports or tiers). Each vendor below states its own data size, which this page repeats as the vendor's claim and does not test. There is no ranking. Sellinger is on the list as a database of 700M+ contacts inside an AI SDR, not as a standalone data vendor.

How this page was built

  • Inclusion: a product whose own pages describe finding contacts, accounts or emails as a main job.
  • Every cell links to the vendor page it was read from, dated 19 October 2026. Data sizes are the vendor's own statements and were not tested, and no accuracy figure is repeated as fact.
  • Prices are as the vendor states them, with the unit. Seamless.AI is not listed because its pricing page showed no plans or prices on the date read.
  • There is no total score, no ranking and no winner badge. Rows are alphabetical.

Grouped by what you do with the data

Three ways to use a lead finder
Data to export into your own toolsCognism, Hunter, Lusha, RocketReach, ZoomInfoThese sell data first, by credits, exports or quote, with CRM connections for Salesforce and HubSpot
Data and sequences in one suiteApollo, Snov.ioA database with a sequencer and in Snov.io's case a CRM, priced per seat or per tier
Data enriched step by step in a tableClayA table with a marketplace of data vendors and credits for actions and data
Data and an agent that does the outreachSellingerSearch over 700M+ contacts, then the agent writes and answers

The grouping is ours, based on the vendors' own descriptions.

Where Sellinger sits

Sellinger lets you search people and companies over a database of 700M+ contacts, find verified emails and phone numbers at from $0.01 a lookup, and add intent signals on LinkedIn, then have the agent write to them. This page makes no accuracy claim for the data and did not test any vendor's.

When not to choose Sellinger

  • You need contact data and no outreach. Hunter, Lusha and RocketReach start at a price below a Sellinger agent, and Hunter and Lusha have free plans.
  • You prospect mainly in Europe and want phone verified mobiles with Do Not Call screening. That is Cognism's stated focus.
  • You want to search LinkedIn natively with alerts for one human seller. Sales Navigator is LinkedIn's own product.
  • You need Salesforce or Pipedrive connected today. Sellinger lists Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho as coming soon, with a two way HubSpot sync today.

Common questions

Which lead finder has the biggest database?
By the vendors' own statements, Sales Navigator says it searches more than a billion members, Hunter cites 1.2B+ public sources and ZoomInfo says 500M+ contacts. The figures count different things and were not tested.
Which lead finders have a free plan?
Apollo, Clay, Hunter and Lusha list one. Snov.io lists a renewable trial plan.
Does Sellinger sell data on its own?
It lists a database of 700M+ contacts used inside the product, with lookups priced from $0.01. It is not a standalone data export vendor.
Why is Seamless.AI missing?
Its pricing page showed no plans or prices when read, so a dated cell could not be filled.
