What this category is for
Recruiting goals treat the candidate as someone to be interested, not closed. They differ in how far the agent goes before a person takes over: one asks for a CV, one screens in chat, one books a call and one aims at experienced people who are not looking. Choose by how much work you want to leave with the recruiter.
The 4 catalog goals, exact text
Reach out to candidates matching our open roles, pitch the best-fit position, and ask interested candidates to share an updated CV.
Source candidates whose profiles match the job description, qualify interest and technical fit in chat, and hand promising candidates to the recruiter for interview.
Book screening calls with qualified candidates at {calendar_link}, confirming interest and basic fit before offering times.Recruit experienced professionals to join the team: open with what the organization offers their growth, then book an exploratory conversation.
What each goal does
| Goal | What it achieves | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Pitch open roles | Matches a candidate to one role and asks for a CV only after interest. | The agent needs your open roles written down in its knowledge or persona. |
| Source, qualify, hand over | Keeps the agent as a screener and the recruiter as the one who interviews. | Technical fit judged in chat is a first filter, not an assessment. |
| Screening calls | Offers times only after interest and basic fit are confirmed. | Use a recruiter calendar, not a sales one. |
| Experienced professionals | Opens with what the candidate gains, which suits senior people who are not looking. | Do not use it for volume hiring of junior roles. |
When to use these goals, and when not to
Use them when
- You have a clear open role that the agent can describe.
- A recruiter will read what the agent passes on.
- The candidates are reachable on the channels you have connected.
Do not use them when
- You have no defined role yet, so the agent would have nothing specific to offer.
- You need an assessment of skills. Chat is a first filter only.
- The outreach would target people who have said they are not looking.
