How to reconnect LinkedIn after it disconnects
Open Channels, then LinkedIn. If the account says Needs Reconnect, click Reconnect Account and sign in to LinkedIn again. Sending is paused while the account is disconnected. Your agent setup, rules and lead assignments are kept, and the agent picks up where it left off.

Before you start
- Use the same LinkedIn profile you connected before. Reconnecting a different profile starts a new account setup.
- Have your LinkedIn login and any verification device ready.
Steps
- 1
Step 1
Find the status
Open Channels, then LinkedIn. A healthy account says Connected. A broken one says Needs Reconnect, and the setup health dot shows a red Reconnect.
- 2
Step 2
Click Reconnect
Click Reconnect Account on the card or in the drawer. A dialog titled Reconnect Account opens, where you can also set a proxy if you use your own.
- 3
Step 3
Sign in to LinkedIn
Follow the sign in screen and any verification LinkedIn asks for.
- 4
Step 4
Check the result
Return to the Channels page. The status should read Connected again.
What happens next
The agent resumes sending on its normal schedule. It keeps to the account's daily limits.
Good to know
- If sends stop while the account still says Connected, the card also has a Reconnect option for that case.
- When invitations keep failing, the agent card shows a banner that says connection requests are failing, with a Reconnect button.
- Sellinger emails the account owner with the subject "Action needed: reconnect your LinkedIn account(s)".
- Disconnecting on purpose pauses all sending. Your setup and lead assignments are kept.
- On a paid plan the subscription stays active while the account needs a reconnect. An account without a paid plan can be deactivated.
