How to read your analytics
Analytics counts people, not messages. People reached is how many you wrote to, replies is how many answered, and reply rate is replies divided by people reached. Meetings count when a slot is booked, and show rate tells you how many of those were held.

Before you start
- Open Analytics in the sidebar under Sales. If you do not see it, the page is not turned on for your workspace yet and the Dashboard holds the headline numbers.
- Choose the date range and, if you want, a channel or campaign.
Steps
- 1
Step 1
Read the funnel
The funnel runs Reached, Replied, Meetings, Deals.

- 3
Step 3
Break it down
View by ICP, channel, campaign or source to see where results come from.
- 4
Step 4

Cost per meeting held is shown. Cost per meeting booked is deliberately not.
What happens next
Use the breakdown to find the campaign or source that earns replies and meetings, and cut or change the weak one.
Good to know
- Meetings booked counts a meeting when the slot is booked. Meetings held and No-shows say what happened on the day.
- Acceptance is LinkedIn connection acceptance and shows in the channel view only.
- Deals won is how many leads reached the won stage.
- Reply rate comparisons need at least 25 sends in each group before they show.
- A reply is not a sale. See count meetings honestly.
