What is conversation intelligence?
Conversation intelligence is software that analyses sales conversations to show what is said, how people react and what leads to meetings. It can flag sentiment, objections and next steps across many conversations at once, so managers do not have to read them all.

What does it analyse?
- Sentiment: positive, neutral or negative.
- Topics and objections that come up.
- Which messages precede a meeting.
- Which leads look most promising.
What are the limits?
A summary is not the conversation. A sentiment score can be wrong, and a pattern across a small sample may be chance. Read a few real threads before you trust a pattern, and be careful about acting on a number you cannot trace to examples.
Who uses it?
Sales leaders who want to coach from evidence, and teams running agents who need to see what their agents actually said. The most useful output is a list of conversations to read, not a dashboard.
How Sellinger handles it
The Insights page applies AI conversation analysis to your leads, including sentiment, and highlights the top tier of leads. You can export its tables to CSV. The agent's own conversations are all saved on each lead, so you can read exactly what was sent.
