What are Meta's limits?

Messaging rules are set by Meta, not by the bot vendor. A private reply to a comment, for example, can be sent once and within a limited window after the comment. Pages need to grant specific permissions, and Meta reviews them. A bot that starts conversations with people who never wrote can be shut down.

Is it the same as a chatbot with a script?
