Three LinkedIn accounts, each in its own currency

A small team with three accounts. Prices are not converted, because the two vendors bill in different currencies. VAT and annual discounts are left out.

Waalaxy Pro, 3 users€1173 users at €39, with 300 invitations a month each
Waalaxy Advanced, 3 users€2973 users at €99, with 800 invitations a month each
Waalaxy Business, 3 users€4173 users at €139, adds cold email

Who each one fits

Choose HeyReach if

  • You manage many LinkedIn accounts, for clients or a team, and want a bundle with a fixed price per block of senders.
  • You are an agency that wants one white label brand and separate client workspaces in the same plan.
  • You want InMails, voice notes and a dedicated proxy per sender handled by the vendor.
  • You want API, webhooks and MCP from the first paid plan.

Choose Waalaxy if

  • You want the lowest price per seat and your people write and answer the messages.
  • You want LinkedIn and cold email in one sequence and can pay for the Business plan.
  • You want native HubSpot and Pipedrive sync and an AI message writer inside the campaign step.
  • You want to try an AI agent in beta, with you reviewing everything first.

What neither HeyReach nor Waalaxy lists

These come from the vendors' pages, not from user reviews, and describe scope rather than faults.
  • Neither lists an AI that answers inbound replies on its own as part of the core product. HeyReach tags sentiment, and Waalaxy detects replies and pauses sequences.
  • Neither lists WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, voice calls or live chat on the pages checked.
  • Neither lists a built in CRM with deals and a pipeline. Both sync to an outside CRM.
  • Neither can promise your LinkedIn account will not be restricted. LinkedIn's own help page on prohibited software, read 19 October 2026, says LinkedIn does not permit third party software that automates activity, and that using it can lead to restricted accounts.

If you need something neither of them does

  • Sellinger is an AI SDR rather than a sequence tool: the agent writes each message, answers replies and books the meeting. LinkedIn $198 per agent per month for 1 to 2 agents, $168 at 10 or more agents.
  • It also covers email, WhatsApp, Instagram replies and live chat, with a built in CRM and a two way HubSpot sync. It does not offer HeyReach's per sender bundles or Waalaxy's low seat price.
  • See Sellinger vs HeyReach and Sellinger vs Waalaxy for row by row views.

Common questions

Which is cheaper, HeyReach or Waalaxy?
Waalaxy Pro at €39 per user is the lowest entry price on either site, but it limits invitations to 11 a day. HeyReach starts at $79 per sender. They bill in different currencies and count different units.
Which is better for agencies?
HeyReach lists Agency bundles of 25 or 50 senders with one white label brand. Waalaxy lists no white label and offers Enterprise workspaces by quote.
Does either send cold email?
Waalaxy does on its Business plan. HeyReach does not send email itself and connects to Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison.
Are they safe for my LinkedIn account?
Both state limits and run in the cloud. LinkedIn does not permit third party automation, and no tool can guarantee an account will not be restricted.
Do they have free trials?
