Choose HeyReach if
- you run 25 or more LinkedIn accounts and want a flat price. HeyReach Agency covers 25 senders for $999 a month.
- your team, or an AI you connect yourself, already writes the messages and answers replies, and you need dependable sending, a shared inbox and reporting.
- you want a dedicated static proxy per sender and pacing controls such as cooldown mode and working hours.
- you want to build on an API and an MCP server, and add teammates, assistants and clients at no extra cost.
Choose Sellinger if
- you want the agent to write the first message, follow up, answer replies and propose a time, not only send a sequence you wrote.
- your buyers are also reachable by email or WhatsApp, and you want one agent and one conversation history, not a separate email tool.
- you want contacts, deals and conversations in a built in CRM, and a database of 700M+ contacts to search instead of imported lists only.
- you would rather approve the first messages once and let the agent run than review a sequence for every sender.
What it costs for one, five and twenty five LinkedIn accounts
The two prices count different things. A HeyReach sender is a connected LinkedIn account that sends your sequence. A Sellinger LinkedIn agent is a connected account plus the AI that writes the messages and answers the replies. At list prices, HeyReach is cheaper per account at every size below. The question is whether you would otherwise pay a person or another tool to write and reply.
All prices are monthly list prices in US dollars. HeyReach also lists lower yearly prices, left out here so that billing terms are not mixed.

Who does the writing and the replying
On HeyReach, people read the unified inbox and answer. Reply sentiment tags and auto tagging of warm leads help sort it but do not answer for you. The vendor also presents an MCP server that lets Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant write messages and launch campaigns. The pages do not say how much that assistant can do without a person, so we cannot compare it with Sellinger's agent. Connecting your own assistant may give part of the result with more setup.
On Sellinger, the agent researches each prospect, writes the first message and each follow up, and answers replies. A campaign can run in approval mode, so every message waits for a person, or send on its own. The agent stops and hands over when it cannot answer, for example when it has no price to quote.
Safety and limits on LinkedIn
HeyReach publishes detailed limits and gives each Growth sender its own static proxy. Its help articles disagree on the weekly figure: about 100 connection requests in an article from February 2026 and 200 in one from August 2026. We used the newer one.
Sellinger connects your LinkedIn account through a hosted login and does not store your password. Each account has a daily invitation limit, a weekly cap and a quiet window at night. Neither tool can promise that LinkedIn will never restrict an account.
Switching between HeyReach and Sellinger
You do not need to choose in one step, but two tools should not act on the same LinkedIn account.
- Connect a LinkedIn account in Sellinger that HeyReach does not use.
- Import a lead list into Sellinger as a CSV, or search the contact database.
- Describe your offer and audience, then approve the first messages.
- After a few weeks, compare replies and meetings per account before you move more senders.
- Sequences and conversation history in HeyReach do not move across. We have not checked what HeyReach exports.
- Sellinger counts its limits per account, separately from anything set in HeyReach.
