Approval queue triage in Claude: approve, reject or rewrite queued messages

When campaigns run in approval mode, drafts wait in a queue. This recipe has your assistant list them, summarise each, rewrite the ones that need it and reject the ones that should not go. Approving a message sends it immediately, so the recipe shows the exact text first and waits for your yes.

What this recipe does

A review loop over three queues: pending messages, pending actions and suggestions. The assistant never approves on its own.

Paste into Claude or ChatGPT

Triage my approval queue.
1. Call list_approvals with status pending.
2. For each item show channel, who it is for and the exact draft text.
3. Group them into: send as is, needs a rewrite, reject.
4. For rewrites, call regenerate_approval_draft with my feedback, then list_approvals again to read the new text.
Do not call approve_approval until I have seen the exact text and said yes for that item. Use reject_approval for items I reject.
