Email sending limits for Gmail and Outlook mailboxes
Open Channels, then Email, open the mailbox and choose the Limits tab. Total Daily Max sets how many emails the agent may send from that mailbox in a day. Sellinger recommends 50 to 150 a day, and sliders split the total between new outreach, follow ups and replies.
