What is email deliverability?
Email deliverability is the share of your emails that reach a person's inbox rather than the spam folder or a bounce. It depends on your sender reputation, your domain setup, how fast you send and how people react. Good copy cannot rescue an email that lands in spam.

What affects deliverability?
- Sender reputation: how recipients have treated your past mail.
- Domain setup: SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that prove the mail is yours.
- Volume and speed: a new mailbox that suddenly sends hundreds a day looks like spam.
- List quality: bounces and spam reports damage the reputation fast.
- Unsubscribe route: mailbox providers expect a clear way to stop.
What do the big providers expect?
Gmail and Yahoo set rules for bulk senders: authenticated domains, low spam complaint rates and an easy way to unsubscribe. A small cold email team can still fall under those rules when its mailboxes send in a pattern that looks like bulk mail. See Google and Yahoo bulk sender rules for the details.
How do you check yours?
Send a small batch to a few real mailboxes, including some on other providers, and see where they land. Watch the bounce rate, and stop if it rises. Check the domain records with a free tester. If replies drop to nothing while the send count stays stable, suspect the spam folder before you suspect the copy.
How Sellinger handles it
Every connected account has daily limits that the agent cannot exceed, set per account. LinkedIn defaults are 20 invitations a day and 150 a week. Email defaults to 50 sends a day per mailbox, with an optional warm up that starts at 5 a day and doubles every 3 days up to the limit.
Cold email can carry an unsubscribe line and the standard one click unsubscribe headers (List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post). It is a per mailbox setting. Before every send on email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, the platform checks the team's suppression list and refuses the send when the contact is on it or when the check cannot be completed.
Sellinger sends from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox. It does not set up your domain records for you, so check SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the domain before you launch. The help article on email sending limits lists the settings.
