Who should stay with each
- Salesforce: you need a wide range of editions up to Max, Agentforce agents priced per action, Slack, and the AgentExchange marketplace. Its pages list a goal driven outbound agent called Hunter.
- HubSpot: you want a free CRM with no time limit, 2,000+ marketplace apps and an AI prospecting agent, Data Agent and Agent Builder inside one product.
- Pipedrive: you want a pipeline built around activities, a marketplace of 500+ tools and its Nova AI assistant, which its pages say is included in all plans.
- Zoho: you want a free edition for 3 users, 1,000+ marketplace apps and Zia AI, with CPQ, forecasting and BI listed.
Who should look elsewhere
- You want the CRM to hold the conversation the agent had, across LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp. These four describe pipelines, email and agents, and the channel by channel conversation history is not what their pricing pages list.
- You want a flat price you can know before you call. Salesforce adds an Agentforce add on and a Web Services API at $25 per user, and HubSpot adds onboarding fees and credits.
- You want a lighter CRM with unlimited seats. Attio lists unlimited seats on Pro, and folk and Day lists unlimited members or free human colleagues.
- You want the agent that starts the conversation, not only one that helps once a lead exists.

Where Sellinger fits, and where it does not
Sellinger fits when
- You want A built in CRM with contacts, deals and the full conversation history across channels, and a two way sync with HubSpot, kept inside the product that does the outreach.
- You have no CRM yet and want contacts, deals and conversations to start in one place.
- You keep HubSpot and want a two way sync with it, which Sellinger lists as live.
- You want the agent to find, write, answer and book, and the record to follow.
Sellinger is the wrong choice when
- You need a general purpose CRM for a sales team with quoting, forecasting, territories and custom objects. Sellinger is an agentic CRM for outreach, not a replacement for Salesforce.
- You need Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho connected today. Sellinger lists Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho as coming soon, with a two way HubSpot sync today. This page never claims a native integration with the three.
- You run support or marketing out of the same system. HubSpot and Zoho list those, and Sellinger does not.
- You only want a free CRM for two people. HubSpot's free plan covers that.
Switching notes
- Export contacts, deals and notes as files before you cancel. Check each vendor's export limits on its own pages; this page did not test them.
- Do not move a CRM in the middle of a quarter you are forecasting. Run the agent on a new campaign first and keep the old CRM as the record.
- If you keep HubSpot, connect the two way sync and let the agent write conversations back to it.
- A Sellinger campaign can start in approval mode, so you read the first messages before they go out.
