Template: answering 'does it connect to our CRM?'
The honest answer has three parts: what works today, what does not yet, and what the person can do in the meantime. For Sellinger, HubSpot syncs both ways; Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho are coming soon; and a REST API with webhooks is available from the Full Stack bundle up. Below are three replies, for a HubSpot user, for a user of a CRM that is not connected yet, and for someone who asks for a date.

The text
Yes. HubSpot connects through a standard authorization, and the sync runs both ways: you can import HubSpot contacts as leads, and send leads, messages, meetings and deals back. Setup is a few clicks, and the page shows every sync run: [link to /help/connect-hubspot]. Which direction matters most to you first, in or out?
Not as a built in connection yet. [Your CRM] is on our coming soon list, and I will not give you a date I cannot keep. Today you have two routes: Sellinger keeps the full conversation history and the booked meetings in its own CRM, and the REST API with webhooks (from the Full Stack bundle up) lets your team push them into [your CRM]. Would either of those work for you for now?
I do not have a date I can stand behind, and I would rather tell you that than guess. I can note your CRM as a request, and tell you when it is ready. Meanwhile, [route from version 2] works today.
Why each line is there
| Line | Why it is there |
|---|---|
| Yes, then the how | A question gets a direct answer first. |
| What works today, in plain words | Two way sync is a specific claim: it imports contacts and writes leads, messages, meetings and deals back. |
| No invented dates | A promised date that slips costs more trust than an honest no date. |
| A route for now | Gives the person something to do other than wait. |
| A question at the end | Finds out which direction matters, so you do not over explain. |
What it measured
No data yet. Sellinger has not measured results for this exact text, so this page makes no claim about replies, meetings or revenue. Measured campaigns are in the case studies.
When not to use it
- When you have not checked the current list. The connectors change; read the integrations page before you send.
- When the person only wants to know if there is an API; answer that directly and link the API and MCP documentation.
- When the prospect asks about a field level detail you cannot confirm. Hand over to a person.
How to use it in Sellinger
Keep the current connector list in a text article in the knowledge base (HubSpot (two way), Cal.com, Calendly, Slack, Fireflies, RB2B, GoHighLevel, Shopify, REST API and webhooks, Claude and ChatGPT via MCP; coming soon: Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho), so the agent answers from it and escalates anything it cannot find. Put the approved wording in a text article in a knowledge base collection and attach it to the persona, so the agent answers from it. If you would rather answer yourself, add a needs attention rule for this kind of reply, and the conversation is flagged for a person.
