Sellinger vs SalesRobot (2026): which one fits a LinkedIn first team

The short answer

SalesRobot automates LinkedIn from $59 per account a month, with cold email as an add on and an AI inbox that can reply on its own. Sellinger costs more per LinkedIn account, and adds WhatsApp, Instagram and live chat, a CRM and a contact database. If LinkedIn is your main channel and price matters most, SalesRobot fits; if you sell across several channels from one place, Sellinger does.

SalesRobot is a cloud LinkedIn automation tool with an AI appointment setter, a unified inbox for LinkedIn and email, and a white label program for agencies. Sellinger is an AI SDR that writes, replies and books meetings across five channels.

AI and replies

An AI Appointment Setter on every LinkedIn plan runs an AI Inbox Manager. CoPilot suggests replies for review, and Autopilot manages the inbox end to end and replies on its own. Sequences pause when a lead responds.

The agent writes the first message and every follow up, answers replies and books the meeting. You can require approval before anything sends.

LinkedIn safety model

Cloud based. Each connected account gets a dedicated residential IP. Daily quotas by plan: Basic 20 connection requests a day, Advanced and Professional 75. Its own pages disagree on the InMail cap, and the site says automation may not comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement.

Your own account connects through a hosted login and Sellinger stores no LinkedIn password. Default limits are 20 invitations a day and 150 a week, with a quiet window at night. No tool can guarantee against restrictions.

Who should choose which

Choose SalesRobot if

  • LinkedIn is the channel that matters and you want the lowest price. Basic starts at $59 per account on monthly billing.
  • you want an AI inbox that replies on its own in Autopilot, trained on your tone, on both LinkedIn and email.
  • your CRM is Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho, which SalesRobot lists as native and Sellinger shows as coming soon.
  • you are an agency that wants a branded platform on your own subdomain with volume discounts per account.

Choose Sellinger if

  • you want to reach people on WhatsApp, Instagram or live chat from the same agent, which the SalesRobot pages we checked do not list.
  • you want deals, contacts and conversations in a full CRM with a two way HubSpot sync, not light lead management.
  • you want a database of 700M+ contacts to search, and 26 ready made signal templates in 8 categories, instead of imported lists only.
  • you want one price per channel and one conversation history, rather than separate plans for LinkedIn, email and bulk email.

What it costs for one and for five LinkedIn accounts

SalesRobot is cheaper per LinkedIn account at every size below, on both monthly and annual billing. Its Basic plan is limited to 1 active campaign and lower daily quotas, and Advanced is the first plan with full quotas and A/B testing, so Advanced is the fair comparison for a real campaign.

A Sellinger LinkedIn agent also writes and answers, but so does SalesRobot's AI Appointment Setter, so the gap is not explained by that alone. What Sellinger adds is the other channels, the CRM and the database.

SalesRobot plans and Sellinger agents, LinkedIn, USD, read on 19 October 2026
Connected accountsSalesRobotSellinger LinkedIn agent
1, billed monthly$59 (Basic) to $99 (Professional)$198
1, SalesRobot billed annually$39 (Basic) to $79 (Professional)$198
5, billed monthly$295 to $495 (5 accounts at $59 to $99)$890 (5 agents at $178)

Replies on both sides

The two tools are closer here than on price. SalesRobot's CoPilot mode suggests replies for review and Autopilot answers on its own, in the inbox that holds LinkedIn and email. Sellinger's agent answers replies on every connected channel and stops when it cannot, for example when it has no price to quote.

The practical difference is reach. A reply on WhatsApp or Instagram belongs to the same lead and the same history in Sellinger, and the SalesRobot pages we checked list neither channel.

Billing terms to read before you choose

SalesRobot subscriptions renew automatically and give no refund for a partial period, even if cancelled mid month. Cancelling needs notice of at least 15 days before the end of the term, and data is deleted on cancellation. A full refund applies only inside a 15 day window for new customers. Its FAQ says there are no long term contracts.

Sellinger lists no lock in contracts and no setup fees on self serve plans. No tool can guarantee that LinkedIn will leave an account alone.

Switching between SalesRobot and Sellinger

SalesRobot's trial needs no card and Sellinger's 30 days need none either, so you can run both on separate accounts first.

  1. Connect a LinkedIn account in Sellinger that SalesRobot does not use.
  2. Export your leads from SalesRobot as a CSV, which its Advanced plan allows, and import them.
  3. State your offer and approve the opening messages.
  4. Compare replies and meetings per account after a few weeks of running both.
  • SalesRobot's terms ask for notice at least 15 days before the end of the term, so check the date before you cancel.
  • Sequences and inbox history do not move across with the CSV.
