Best appointment setting software in 2026, grouped by the job each tool does
Appointment setting covers three different jobs: letting a person pick a time, routing an inbound lead to the right rep, and starting the conversation that ends in a booking. Scheduling tools such as Calendly, Cal.com and SavvyCal do the first, Chili Piper does the second, and an AI SDR such as Sellinger does the third. This page lists each by job with a dated price, and says where Sellinger is not the right choice. Nothing is scored.

How this page was built
- Inclusion: a tool is here if its own pages describe booking meetings as the product, or as the end of an outreach or routing flow.
- Every cell links to the vendor page it was read from, dated 19 October 2026. Where a page did not label whether a price was monthly or annual, the cell says so.
- Prices are shown as the vendor states them, with the unit. Monthly and annual prices are not mixed.
- There is no total score, no ranking and no winner badge. Rows within a group are alphabetical.
Job one: a booking link for people who already want to talk

|---|---|---|---|
| Cal.com | Free $0; Teams $12 per user per month; Organizations $28 per user per month (yearly view); Enterprise custom | Per user per month | Free plan with unlimited event types; Teams and Organizations list a 14 day trial |
| Calendly | Free; Standard $10 per seat; Teams $16 per seat; Enterprise from $15K a year with 50 seats (the page did not show which billing toggle was active) | Per seat; invitees need none | Free plan with one event type and one calendar |

Sources: cal.com, read 19 October 2026; calendly.com, read 19 October 2026; savvycal.com, read 19 October 2026. Calendly's round robin, routing and Salesforce sync need Teams. SavvyCal's Basic plan lacks custom domains and paid bookings.
Calendly lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, Google Meet and Teams among its integrations, and an AI scheduling assistant called Callie in beta. Cal.com lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack and 100 more, and is open source. SavvyCal's pages name no specific integrations.
Job two: routing and booking inbound leads
| Tool | Plans as listed | What the price counts | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chili Piper | Routing and Scheduling $1,250 a month ($15,000 a year); Experiences $3,500 a month ($42,000 a year); ChiliCal $12 per user a month with a 200 seat minimum | A plan with 15 or 30 included seats, extra seats $45 or $50 a month, and yearly AI credits | Annual billing only; no free trial on the pricing page; AI agents check fit and territory against the CRM and a chat agent books 24 hours a day |
Source: chilipiper.com, read 19 October 2026. Multi year discounts of 15%, 25% and 40% are listed for 2, 3 and 4 years.
This is a purchase for a team with inbound volume to route. It is priced as an annual platform, not as a per user tool.

Where Sellinger sits
Sellinger is an AI SDR, so it belongs to the third group. The agent researches each prospect, writes the first message and every follow up, answers the replies and books the meeting on your calendar. It does not replace a booking link: it connects to Cal.com or Calendly and uses the calendar you already have.
When not to choose Sellinger
- People already want to talk and you only need a page where they pick a time. Cal.com, Calendly and SavvyCal do that for $10 to $17 a user, or free.
- You have inbound leads from your website to route to the right rep within seconds. Chili Piper is built for that.
- You want a person to approve every reply and have a booking page. A scheduling tool with a human setter costs less.
- You need Salesforce or Pipedrive connected today. Sellinger lists Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho as coming soon, with a two way HubSpot sync today.
