Sales Navigator pricing in 2026: plans, cost and whether it is worth it
By Viktorio Shopov, co-founder of Sellinger. Reviewed by Asen Levov. Published . Last updated . 8 minute read.
LinkedIn's own page lists Sales Navigator Core at US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 billed annually, and Advanced at US$159.99 a month or US$1,799.88 annually. Advanced Plus is quoted on request. It is worth the cost when you spend hours a week building targeted lead lists and saving searches. It is not needed to run outreach, and it does not raise invitation limits.
Search "Sales Navigator pricing" and you get a mix of old numbers, regional prices and third party guesses. This post uses LinkedIn's compare plans page, read on 25 October 2026, and says plainly what we could not verify. Prices change, so confirm on LinkedIn before you buy.
What are the Sales Navigator plans and prices?
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Aimed at |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | US$119.99 | US$1,079.88 | Individual sellers |
| Advanced | US$159.99 | US$1,799.88 | Sales teams |
| Advanced Plus | Quote on request | Quote on request | Teams using an integrated CRM |
Dividing the annual figures by twelve gives about US$90 a month for Core and US$150 for Advanced when paid yearly. That is our arithmetic, not a LinkedIn price. LinkedIn's page describes a 25% saving on Core and 6% on Advanced for annual billing against the monthly price.
Advanced Plus pricing depends, according to the page, on team size, CRM integration and onboarding needs, and you request a demo to get a quote.
Does the price change by country?
Yes. LinkedIn lists starting prices per license in other currencies. The monthly and annual prices as listed:
| Currency | Core (monthly / annual) | Advanced (monthly / annual) |
|---|---|---|
| EUR | €120.99 / €1,088.88 | €148.21 / €1,693.88 |
| GBP | £94.99 / £959.88 | £130.00 / £1,499.88 |
| CAD | C$144.99 / C$1,199.88 | C$179.99 / C$2,039.88 |
| AUD | A$154.99 / A$1,499.88 | A$189.99 / A$2,159.88 |
The page says these are estimates that may exclude VAT and GST and promotional discounts, may vary slightly by device, and are subject to change. We could not verify what your price will be after tax.
What does the free trial involve?
LinkedIn's page says a free trial is available on Core and Advanced, with these conditions:
- You must not have a paid LinkedIn subscription, including Premium or Sales Navigator.
- You must not have used a LinkedIn free trial in the last 365 days.
- A credit card is required. You can cancel before the trial ends, and LinkedIn says it emails a reminder seven days before the end.
- You can start a trial or buy up to five Advanced licenses online from a desktop.
Cancellation on annual plans takes effect at the end of the paid year, and on monthly plans at the end of the current month. Put a reminder in your calendar the day you start.
What do you get?
The page lists features without clearly saying which plan has which, so we will not assign them. Listed features include more than 50 advanced search filters, Account IQ and Lead IQ, team seat management with central billing, Buyer Intent, CRM integrations, Relationship Explorer, alerts, Message Assist, TeamLink, team reporting and uploading a book of business by CSV. InMail is listed as 50 a month. Read LinkedIn's plan table for the exact split before you pay.
What we could not verify: which plan includes Buyer Intent and CRM syncing, whether the InMail number is the same on every plan, and the page's own update date (it shows 27 September 2026 while the footer shows 2025).
Is it worth it? A cost per use test
Sales Navigator is a search and tracking tool. It does not send anything. The test is whether better search saves more of your time or money than the license.
| Your situation | Likely verdict |
|---|---|
| You build target lists by hand every week | Worth testing, filters save real time |
| Your buyers are findable by title, company size and industry | Often worth it |
| You need emails or phone numbers | Not enough alone, you also need a database. See Sales Navigator vs a lead database |
| You start from signals, such as people engaging with posts | Weaker case, the signal supplies the list |
| You send fewer than a few dozen messages a week | Probably not |
| You hope it lifts your invitation limits | No evidence it does |
A quick calculation, with made up numbers. If the Core plan costs about US$90 a month paid yearly and a search saves you three hours a month, you are paying about US$30 an hour for the search time. If your hour is worth more than that, the license pays. If you rarely use saved searches, it does not.
Sales Navigator and automation
Two cautions.
- LinkedIn's rules. LinkedIn's help page on prohibited software says it does not allow third party software that scrapes the site or automates activity on it, and warns that accounts may be restricted. A paid plan does not change that. Our post on automating Sales Navigator without getting restricted covers pacing.
- Member ids. A lead imported from a Sales Navigator search carries a Sales Navigator member id, which starts with ACw, and an account without Sales Navigator cannot invite by that id. Sellinger resolves the standard id before it invites; see why a LinkedIn invite returns 403.
If you do use Sales Navigator, our guide from Sales Navigator search to leads shows how to bring a search into a campaign, and Sales Navigator filters that find buyers lists the filters worth saving.
Monthly or annual, one seat or a team?
The gap between monthly and annual is large on Core: LinkedIn's figures put twelve monthly payments at US$1,439.88 against US$1,079.88 billed annually, a difference of US$360 (our subtraction). The catch is the commitment. LinkedIn says an annual plan cancels at the end of the paid year, so a plan you stop using still costs you the rest of the year. A sensible path is one or two months on the monthly price while you learn whether you use it, then switch to annual.
For teams, the page says you can buy up to five Advanced licenses online, and that team seat management with central billing is a listed feature. Beyond that, Advanced Plus is a sales conversation. Before you buy seats for everyone, ask who will actually run searches. In many teams one person builds lists and the rest only receive them, and one license plus a shared saved search may do.
Sales Navigator or Premium?
Premium plans and Sales Navigator are different products with different prices. Our LinkedIn Premium post compares them and works through the InMail arithmetic. Sellinger's InMail first touch works with Premium or Sales Navigator accounts, and it spends only Premium credits at the moment; Sales Navigator credits are not used.
What to do before you buy
- Start the free trial if you are eligible, and set the cancel reminder.
- Build the three searches you would run every week and count the time they take.
- Compare the result with a database or signal source for the same audience.
- Decide with your own cost per use, not with a review.
