Client reporting for outbound agencies: one read only link per client
An agency running outbound for several clients needs to show each client their own numbers without showing another client's, or the agency's own costs. In Sellinger, a white label workspace can create a read only report link for each client from the Analytics page, with the agency's name and colour on it, four client safe sections and a period that rolls on its own.

- sections a client can see: Campaign steps, Agents, Conversations and Pipeline
- 4
- period choices: always the last 30 days, always the last 7 days, or a fixed range
- 3
- time the link is shown. It is stored hashed, so a lost link is replaced with a new one
- 1
- agency credits, plan, costs or sending accounts a client can see

Who needs this
An agency that runs LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp outreach for clients and has to prove what it is doing each week. A spreadsheet export is slow to produce and easy to get wrong. A screenshot of the agency's own dashboard shows too much: other clients, the agency's credits, its costs. The job is to give each client one page that shows only their numbers and still looks like the agency's.
The feature is for workspaces that have white label clients. If your workspace has none, the page has nobody to share with, and the Share with client button does not appear. For how the partner programme is priced, see white label partner billing.
How you create a client report in Sellinger
- 1
Step 1
Open Analytics
Click Analytics in the sidebar. In the page header, Share with client appears next to the period selector when your workspace has at least one white label client.
- 2
Step 2
Pick the client and name the link
The sheet is titled "Share this with a client". Choose a Client (the field says "Pick a client") and give the link a name, for example "Monthly report", so you can tell links apart later.
- 3
Step 3
Choose the period
Choose Always the last 30 days, Always the last 7 days or A fixed range with a From and a To date. The two rolling choices keep updating, so the client sees fresh numbers each time they open the link.
- 4
Step 4
Choose the sections
Sections to include offers only the sections that can be narrowed to one client. The sheet says so: credits, cost, sending accounts and recommendations are never shared.
- 5
Step 5
Add your branding
Enter Your company name, a Logo URL (an https link) and an Accent colour as a hex value such as #2563eb. A live Preview shows the result before you send anything. You can also hide the small "Powered by Sellinger" line.
- 6
Step 6
Set an expiry and create the link
Stop working after lets the link expire, or choose Never. Press Create link, copy it at once and send it to the client. The app warns that it is stored hashed and cannot be shown again.
Creating a link publishes a slice of the workspace to anyone who has the URL, so it needs the member role or higher. A viewer can see the list of links and change nothing. Under Links you have shared each link shows its state (Live, Off or Expired), how many times it was opened and when it was last opened. From there you can Turn off, Turn back on or make a New link, which stops the old one working immediately.
What the client sees
- A page titled "Performance report for" and the client's name, with a line such as "Covering" and the period.
- The headline numbers and a funnel of the outreach, and a table that can be broken down by ICP group, channel or source under Break down by.
- Four panels: Campaign steps, Agents, Conversations and Pipeline.
- A Save as PDF button that opens the browser's print dialog. The page has a print layout, light colours and one page per section, so the client can forward a PDF.
- A footer, "Prepared by" and your company name, with the time the data was read.
- If nothing went out in the period, the page says "Nothing went out in this period" instead of showing empty charts.
| Shown to the client | Never shown to the client |
|---|---|
| The client's own campaign steps, agents, conversations and pipeline | Your credits and plan (Credits & plan) |
| Their own funnel and outreach flow | Your costs and return (Cost & ROI) |
| Your name, logo and accent colour | Your sending accounts and deliverability checks |
| A print layout for saving a PDF | The suggestions Sellinger makes to you (What to do next) |
The client report is a separate page with its own data response, not a hidden version of your Analytics screen. The excluded items are absent from what the page receives.
How agencies use it week to week
- 1
Setup
One link per client, rolling 30 days
Create the link once and put it in the client onboarding message. It updates itself, so there is no weekly export to send.
- 2
Weekly
Send a short note, not a file
Write three lines in your own words (what you changed, what you will change next) and point to the link for the numbers. The weekly client report template has a layout with defined metrics.
- 3
Month end
Use a fixed range for the review call
Create a second link with A fixed range for the month and share it before the call, so everyone looks at the same dates.
- 4
Offboarding
Turn the link off
When a client leaves, use Turn off. The link stops working and the numbers are no longer reachable from it.
Agree the definitions with the client before the first report: what counts as a reply, what counts as a meeting, and which base each rate uses. How we count meetings explains why booked and held are kept apart.
Common questions
Does the client need a Sellinger account?
Can I put my own logo and name on the report?
What if I send the link to the wrong person?
Why do I not see Share with client?
Sources and method
Labels and behaviour read from the Sellinger web app on 25 October 2026 (Analytics page and the Share with client sheet). The test workspace has no white label clients, so no screenshot of the sheet is shown. No customer numbers are used.
