Enrichment credits explained
Enrichment runs on a wallet balance in dollars. A new account starts with $10 of credit that does not expire. An email, company or person lookup costs about $0.01 and a phone reveal costs more. You are not charged for a lookup that finds nothing to return. Top up from the Enrichment page.

Before you start
- Enrichment looks up emails, phone numbers and company or person details for your leads from a database of over 700 million contacts.
- Usage modules such as enrichment start with a $10 credit rather than a free trial period. See billing explained.

Open Enrichment
Go to Channels, then Enrichment. The page title is Enrichment API and the Wallet Balance shows what is left.

Read the usage
The usage list shows each lookup. It says No enrichments yet until you have run one.

Top up
Click Top Up and choose an amount. The balance equals what you pay.

Choose automatic enrichment
Switch Auto-enrich new leads on if you want leads enriched when they are added. It is off by default.
What happens next
Each lookup takes its price from the wallet. When the balance runs low the page says so and asks you to top up so that service does not stop.
Good to know
- Email, company and person lookups are priced at about $0.01 each on the pricing page. A phone number reveal costs more, about $0.05 in the current price table.
- People search charges per profile returned and refunds the unused part of the amount it reserves upfront.
- A company only result with no contact in it is not billed.
- Enrichment is a contact database lookup. It does not run several outside providers in turn.
