What is prompt engineering for sales?
Prompt engineering is writing the instructions an AI model receives so that it produces reliable, useful output. For sales it means telling the model who it writes as, who it writes to, what it may and may not say, and what facts to use. Clear inputs and rules matter more than clever wording.

Is prompt engineering still needed with AI agents?
